Anyone with Motorola V13 not connecting BT??

I still use 2G cell, the moto V13.
It is not connecting '13 Ex BulTooth.
Visited 2 dealers with no luck.

Anyone with same problem or no problem??

Have you tried to reverse pair your phone? If not, I suggest trying it. I'm not sure which system you have in your Explorer, so here are the links for MyFord Touch and the basic SYNC system:

I also don't see this phone on our compatibility chart, so there's a chance that it will not pair with SYNC at all. Here are the links to those as well:
