Are all 4th gen V6's awd??

As the title states...I can't seem to find a solid answer. How about 3rd gens? I had a 3rd gen 4x4....great engine, extremely problematic transmission. I'm ready to get another explorer but was curious if all 4th gens are awd if not equipped with the hi/lo selector buttons or is there a true 2wd version. Thanks in advance.

They show both awd and rwd , rear drive shafts available for 2010 v6.
