Lets see some pics of the finished product when it is done. What are you running/planning for tires? Just for humor can you get a pic of the 5.5 inch with the stock tires??
2nd at first i had wished it was all black, but really started liking the grey, especially cause its much easier to make it look clean than black :S , but that wont be an issue anymore shes gonna be brown 24/7
3rd LOL i will try to get those pics, but im actually swapping tires with another vehicle that is sitting right now but i will try!, the tires i will be running are 33" by 12.5 BFG M/T's
hahaha, yeah we'll see in the summer a buddy of mine and I are going to make bumpers for our trucks, and at the same time i might Body lift and regear with 35"'s depending on $$
Not to be an A-hole, but hopefully ya drive pretty easy offroad or you may have a few problems I used to have this lift...granted I beat it (the lift heh heh) pretty hard and broke nearly every part on it...If you are a light wheeler ya shouldn't have any problems tho. Your exploder looks real clean BTW!! I'm sure it will look great after ya get everything installed and some bigger tires under there!!
good luck with the install. Its not to hard, so have at it. I do love that paintjob as well, was it stock? Dont remember ever seeing one like that before.
thanks for all the comments guys, countin down the days to the install..
Josh S. im not that hard of an offroader but wanted the extra ground clearance, as you can see i've cracked the running boards pretty bad, although from that distance they dont look too bad
My first explorer had that same paint but with red pinstripe, 91 xlt with not tinted windows, body color hatch side things, and tan leather interior.
edit: get rid of those running boards.
