Totally missed this thread. Sounds good Rod. Hopefully I will have this body lift on in time for it. Perhaps some wheeling afterwards.

ILLINOIS RULES!!!

(sorry...had to!)

OK I just bought the domain name:
www.TEXplorers.com

Kris,
Let me know what you need from me so we can forward the existing page to the new domain.

When we have our Club BBQ, I will be sure to have our new stickers incorporating the TEXplorers.com.
If anyone has any ideas for a logo, please let me know.
Thanks!

Rod,

All I need is the FTP info. The FTP site, login name, and Password. As soon as I have that... I can transfer the site in about 5 minutes. e-mail it to: kris@explorerforum.com

I think a return to the slabs is in order now that it is beginning to warm up some. I'm always ready for a barbque and some wheeling. Someone pick a date.

i'm down for bbq and a ride along if there's any wheeling, let me know when and what to bring.

i'm from houston, and so is alec. it just so happens that i have been in a somewhat self imposed exile in austinfor the past three years. i will be back in h-town next january, and in case you're wondering, yes i am counting down. i am in houston about every other weekend, though. we ought to get together sometime.

I know Conyl Horn is From Houston. He never signed up to the Texplorer site. Also Micheal is from Houston but lives in San Antonio.

NPI - Near Corpus
Matagora - Near Houston
San Angelo- Near San Angelo
Devil's Den- San Antonio
Siloh - No clue
Barnwell - No clue, near Alto?

Keith,

Those sound like good ideas. I'm up for a run to any of them. About devils den though, I think we would need to find someone who has run that one before to guide us. I have tried to find it before, but ddin't have much luck. I know where it is supposed to be, but what I found looks nothing like the pictures I have seen from some people here. Like I said before, pick a date and lets go!

Hey guys don't forget the Southwest Four Wheel Drive Quarterly run!

http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=23668

It's only two months away.

And as far as The Slabs go, I want to return in vengence, but I am waiting for a drought first. It's rained every week for the past six weeks here and I'm not even gonna think about it until it dries out.

I definately think that getting revenge on the slabs should be a priority for us. Waiting for a drought is also a very good idea. I'm sure that is weekly rain we have been getting is keeping the river nice and high. The run in Gilmer would be a great way for everyone to get together and meet. I would be there in a heartbeat if it wasn't for those pesky finals the next week.
