Hi, picked up a brand new 2014 Explorer Limited 5 days ago and the MyFord Touch wasn't working when I picked it up... there were 2 fault: 1) 911 not operational, 2) entertainment not available. Dealer decided to change out the APIM, which did not fix the problem and is now going to change out the Audio Control Module (ACM). Does anyone know what the function of the ACM module is and what it controls (which functions?). Noticed that the compass does not work, neither does the dome or interior courtesy lights. Does this have anything to do with the ACM? Reading the forum, it looks like the compass may be due to a GPS module issue and the courtesy lights are due to a fuse?

First Ford and very surprised that the dealer did not check the car before handing over the keys... very disappointed and not what was expected from a brand new car!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
