AZ Run 12-16-01

I am planning a run this Sunday December 12th.
Get away from X-mas shopping and come out and bend some metal!
We will be doing Box canyon, Coke Ovens and finally the Martinez Trail.
The trails are located by Florence Arizona. We will be meeting just off Highway 87 at the entrance to box canyon road at 9:00 am
The entire run should be done by 4:00pm at the latest so get a hall pass till at least dinner time

I will have better directions shortly.

Char and I will be there We're going to come up the night before and camp.

That sounds like fun.
We have a Christmas Party at one of my largest clients Saturday night or we would go with you.
Where do you want to meet? My CB is not working properly so dont count on it.
All this rain will make the trails pretty exciting.

Jeremy I have only been out there once. We took the Hwy towards Globe. US60? Then we turned right and we picked up the trail to box canyon just before reaching the prison in Florence.

Is that how you get there? I need to look into a place to camp on Saturday also.

"If I were you I would go through box canyon and camp around the first windmill. That would make it easy for us to meet up with you in the morning."

LOL, rememeber... we're camping in the Dodge and pulling the Explorer on a trailer. I don't think that would make a good combination to get us through Box Canyon

How about we meet where we turn just past the tracks. What time?? 8, 9??
