my 94 is back fireing when i gas it i got a wide open throtle code does a 94 use a cam pos senser also my fpr seeme ok but i have no power and a check eng light when i try to drive it

It sounds like it is running lean. Get the codes read yet? Changed the fuel filter lately?There are many things that can cause a vehicle to develope a lean miss/backfire. Without a little history I can't even begin to tell you where to go.
