Anyone able to tell me where to wire the parking brake detection harness wire to wire aftermarket backup cam in 2006 explorer

On my 07 there is a purple and a white with a blue stripe. I connected mine inline with the white with the blue stripe wire - I just looked. I don't remember why specifically since it was many years ago but it works. This is at the switch itself.

mirror dash cam install

Finally got around to actually installing the mirror dash cam with rear camera. YAY My 06 back up lights have a black/green wire and a Brown wire (Brown is 12+) Only had to remove passenger visor. upper console, A,D and E-pillar, Center rear top, and the lift gate trim. Using a fish-tape we ran...

wait..."parking brake detection"??? for a dashcam? is this a dash cam that is also an entertainment center? (I know some require a PARK detection in order to play a movie) If it just needs a "PARK" signal I would go to the transmission selector switch on tranny.
