I am doing some grinding on my 91 4.0L heads. On the exhaust ports I have ground down the egr bump, and am cleaning up the ports. I am really tempted to grind off the valve cover bolt bumps but am afraid they are drilled into the port plane. Anyone know?, anyone grind them off?
I have ground the "egr" bumps off, and otherwise cleaned up the port, but these bumps are begging to be removed, but Im not going to do it if I end up with a hole in the port!!
Anyone know.
