Bad Harmonic Balancer?

Anyone had issues with their harmonic balancer on an 06 and up? I have seen numerous threads for earlier years. I think I might have a bad one because I am getting a pretty good vibration through the car that is worse under acceleration (I can put it in drive and rev and feel the same vibration so I ruled out tires, bearings, etc.). I am also getting a constant chirping and the belt and pully tensioner are less than a year old.

Thoughts?

Any oil leaking from the seal? I removed and reinstalled the balancer from the '03 I used to own, to replace the seal. I don't know the symptoms of a bad balancer, but might be able to help if you need to replace it.

No, no oil leaking, just a chirp that has gotten worse the past few weeks and the vibration I can feel through the steering wheel. I think this is one I am going to try and take to the local mechanic since my warranty just ran out. Thanks for the help!
