The park opens at 9am. Try to be there at 9 so we can be on the trail by 9:30 - 10am.

you guys should arrange a CB channel to be on too, this way if someone is late, they can try and pick you guys up on the CB and meet up with you on the trail.

I shall be there... even if it's just to meet the guys. I don't think the Un-Limited is gonna be ready for this run. Front lift is really worn, wheel bearings are shot (don't know how are the spindles), tires are bold, no winch, no exhaust... bla, bla, bla... I will not feel comfortable driving it untill I figure everything out.

John, perhaps I can finally stop by and pick-up my parts? hope you won't charge much for storage...

FYI - I have a jeeper joining us, and I'm trying to get Rick Webster of www.4x4review.com to join too and do an article. He's the one that did the write up of the 4x4Jamboree in the 4wheel parts magazine a few months ago.

BTW - will be posting big for sale thread shortly and can get stuff to anyone going...list includes 5 35x15 BFG ATs on nice new wheels, 4 31x15 BFG AT's on stock wheels, BW Tcase, and many other parts. Working on pics and thread....

I'm out. Can't commit to anything for sure and it will all ride on the thursday/friday before what I can do and I may head to another park to check it out with some friends.

cross my fingers... it does not look that good though. Need tires first of all, front suspension is worn out, fluids need to be changed and on top of that spindle-bearing combo has to be checked out. I have not done anything yet - no time. Weekend? doesn't look good either, work, work, work.

I'll be there though... even if it's just in my Mounty.

Saturday wheeling....possibly Sunday. We're towing the Explorer down so that I can beat it up a bit.

Umm... this is going to sound stupid, but I just now realized that the event is set for Friday the 16th and Saturday the 17th. Normally we run on Saturday and Sunday... Did I set this up for Friday and Saturday on purpose

Would it be helpful to set the run for Sat and Sun instead of Fri and Sat or just say Fri Sat and Sun??

yes pleaaaaase make it on saturday the 17th. It would make my life a lot easier. I couyld get my locker installed on time, new tire, and skidplating over the rad.I was wondering about that since i saw on the badlands website it was 17 and 18.

I'm figuring $$$ this weekend to see if we can still make it .... the Moab trip last month REALLY blew my budget especially after having to add the cost of a transmission to the trip.

But Ashli really wants to go and I do to, so as of now we're still planning on coming. I'll post again in a day or two to positively confirm one way or another, but for now we're still in.
