ball joint c press?

is this the only method of putting the lower ball joint back in the control arm or is there another method i can use i cant find a c press anywhere, and i pounded the lower ball joint out just need it back in to my 96 sport 4x4 2 door.

yeah,

do you have a floor jack? if you do just put it under it and jack it up. you must do two things while you do it though. first keep it straight. if the joint moves more than 10 degrees to either side, let down the jack then reposition it. also pound down on the control arm to help slide it in. i suggest the three point method. which is hit the control arm at the point of it then go to the back left of the ball joint hole then the back right, and just repeat it, if you need any thing else just ask.
