Ball Joints Worn (need self installement directions)

My 01 ST's Ball Joints are completely worn down, does anyone have any picture of directions on how to replace them by yourself without paying an extra 500 bucks for installment?

thx man, i was reading through that earlier today and seems not as difficult as i thought, yet i know it will be time consuming. do you replace the uppers the same way?
