Beer, The Reason I Get Up, Each Afternoon

Hello Yous
I would like to say hello to all. First off i would like to say i hate typing
but it's one of those evil things you have to do in this world. I have a 04 Ranger
FX4, Supercab,Stepside, Black, That i got new in 05 that now only has 21,000 on it. Not bad for a 04. I have read alot about the 'rattle'. Mine had developed the death noise about 3,000 miles ago or so. Just on start up. I have a little over one year left on the warranty. I have faithfully changed the the oil myself with Mobil 1 15-50 since 100 miles, Thats right 15-50! Now the question is will i take it back to the dealer? Nope!!! Not a chance, I have known about this motor BEFORE I got the truck, The 4.0 sohc is a awsome V-6, It has decent power for a stock V-6, Remember the V-8'S of the late 70's that put out a hundred and a half And the 4.0 can produce around 400 horse with stock crank and rods great isn't it. Well anyway I love my Ranger anyway.
