When I bench bled my MC, I used a clamp, and a deep well socket. Compress the piston until it bottoms out with the socket in place of where the pushrod would be,....fill the reservior, release the pressure on the piston, repeat until you get no air bubbles.

The INTERESTING part is bleeding the Rear ABS box. I would be more worried about bleeding THAT than I would be about bleeding the MC.

As far as I've seen, the "new" design of the master cylinders (must be from newer Explorers or something) purge air and don't have the problems the old ones did with air being trapped, so you don't have to do a lot of bench bleeding. I didn't even bleed mine at all before installing, just bled it on the truck when it was in and only had a few air bubbles that came out. Never had any problems since, just have to bleed it when replacing the slave cylinder.

Yea well I installed it and it seems to be working fine, It still goes down a little but not as much and now I have full brakes compared to having to keep pumping them to make the brakes engage. The Master Cylinder was the problem.
