I want to put 33's on my 98 xlt, 4.0, awd. I kinda found some stuff:

Crank t-bars (1.5" lift or so)
Add a leaf, and a longer shackle (1.5-1.75 lift)
3" body lift (cant find any)

this sound right? also, do i need 4.10 gears?

with the body lift, do i need to extend the steering colume?

I'm also getting air-bag helpers from a friend, i can put those on if i build a small lift into the base, right?

help, feel puny with stock tires!!

Read that link about gear ratios. 4.10s will get you back into stock range, but 4.56 is with a little more performance edge.

The body lift kitwill come with a steering extension. I forgot the part number for the kit you need, but its a ranger kit the one that fits before the 98-00 rangers (i believe)
