you can buy them online. i think www.stylinconcepts.com or www.performanceproducts.com has them, but they are kinda expensive...like $40 each. lots of people on the board make them themselves. check out HARTMAN's ride, he even has a write-up on how to do it....basically little $$ but a lot of patience. good luck
Or you could just take it out and leave it off for the "smooth" look. Although, doing this would leave you 2 or 3 tiny holes. Shouldn't cost much to fill it and paint it though.
Your best bet is to measure your emblem and go to a junk yard and find some old ones that are the same size. The older the emblem the easier it pops apart. I bought a brand new one from the dealer and it came apart like crap so your 2004 emblem probably wouldnt come apart nice. And if you screw up a junk yard emblem... who cares!
I found an ebay auction for one with a carbon fiber backround. It I bought it and put it on. It matches my carbon fiber dash kit, so I think it looks pretty cool. Its just a sticker that you put over the original.
