you can buy them online. i think www.stylinconcepts.com or www.performanceproducts.com has them, but they are kinda expensive...like $40 each. lots of people on the board make them themselves. check out HARTMAN's ride, he even has a write-up on how to do it....basically little $$ but a lot of patience. good luck

Or you could just take it out and leave it off for the "smooth" look. Although, doing this would leave you 2 or 3 tiny holes. Shouldn't cost much to fill it and paint it though.

thanks alot guys...although i like the smooth, shaved look...i LOVE the FORD badge on their!!:D

Hartman's the man with emblems. He told me how to do mine.

It does :D

I had the body shop spray it when they repainted my door and hood.

but i want to get it profesionally done becuase i know ill mess up haha :p

Your best bet is to measure your emblem and go to a junk yard and find some old ones that are the same size. The older the emblem the easier it pops apart. I bought a brand new one from the dealer and it came apart like crap so your 2004 emblem probably wouldnt come apart nice. And if you screw up a junk yard emblem... who cares!

Walk around the block until you find a ford...lol JUST KIDDING i dont encourage theft!

Hartmans write up was really good. And very simple.

Thank God you live in Canada! :D

I found an ebay auction for one with a carbon fiber backround. It I bought it and put it on. It matches my carbon fiber dash kit, so I think it looks pretty cool. Its just a sticker that you put over the original.

making your own is really easy get some back ups and try it.
