Hello can anyone help me with why I keep going through radiators I have a 1994 Ford Explorer 4 wheel drive 4.0 liter engine when I bought the truck I put a clutch fan radiator thermostat in it since then in about three years ago I have been through 3 radiators trucks always run cold barely even gets to normal I turn it off sometimes I can hear the water bubbling or something in the radiator this is this is my fourth one just got it a month ago change the thermostat couple days ago but I've already busted this work radiator to I'd appreciate any help

That's an awful lot to have bad luck with new parts. Check your radiator cap, you might be building excessive pressure in the system.

You also may have some blockage in the coolant passages.

Also I assume you went thru the coolant temp sensor, etc. when you replaced the rad?

I wouldn't put too much stock in the temp gauge in the cab.
