Bodylift at the junkyard

I should just add another one to the pot from Va Beach :) We could even start a club :chug:

i was pres of a club in va beach called simply elevated. got tshirts sticker sponsor everything, but lack of participation kind of died everything out. then i had to go to cali for a few weeks so nothing ever came back from it. the is one that meets at greenbrier jeep once a month. Their website is www.tidewaterfourwheelers.org. They are mostly jeeps, but we could really screw them up and have a bunch of x's show up, lol. That would be pretty funny

maybe we can see about gettign something going in the near future

Well I'm moving down to Va beach in september for school (ATI) and well sad to say its gonna be +1 for the streeters. But hey a big meet up would be great one day.

no doubt, the more people we get together, the better. There are a lot of car shows around this area also, been to a lot of them myself. We could tear it up around here.

I have been running with a different X club. Its a Nissan Xterra club but it is open to all. I always give them crap that I have the only original X in the group! I don't mind the club thing, but, I don't care for rules. My only rules are respect each other and try not to let people down. I just want to have fun without exspectations(SP). May be we should all plan a weekend get together and go from there. I know of a place down in Elizebeth City, but after the first hour it gets old and a stock 2WD Xterra did all the trails with a little help and some right foot.

hey josh, where did you get your exhuast done? and how much?

Midas. Its not the best, but it has been on for 2 and a half years. The muffler is a Raven. I like it because its a little deep sounding but not obnoxious(SP). When I first put it on, it was deeper sounding but has since quited down a little. Maybe carbon build up or something. I think I payed about 225 if I remember right. I had them remove the resonator as well. When I do my engine swap, I will take it out and try and clean it.

i paid almost 400 for mine, but it was a lot of custom work. flowmaster single in dual out dual chamber, with the pipes coming over the back axle coming out on each side of my receiver hitch. chrome tips on the end. i'm down for e city as soon as i put my extended brake lines on if u want to go.

Where did u find them at? My finacee and I just bought a brand new Xterra 4x4, and good buddy of mine has one as well. Neither one of them can touch my x, but it's cool anyway. I really like the xterra, it's comfortable to drive distances in ( alot better than on my boggers)

It was through my buddy. His X looks like a dam Range Rover with all the crap on it. LOL. Like I said, EC aint that much, just a little wheeling to give you a taste. I got boared and made my own trail last time. Hows about Sunday? By the way, my e-mail is jocrook2@cox.net. no need to depend on the forum. I can also talk to my buddy about getting you guys in the VBXC(Virginia Beach Xterra Club) club if you like. Basicaly its just signing up. I think it would be funny to out number the Xterras with Exploders. :exporange

Next time you're out to that U-wrench check out some dash vents for a 1st gen. If stuff is that cheap I could really use a set! Mine are either missing or toast... Especially I need the ones on the passenger side.

I'll PayPal for shipping or whatever...

Also = anyone parting one out that has them let me know.

Well I was just out there yesterday and no joy. No Exploders this week. However, I did see one sitting in the staging lot. Maybe in a week or 2. I go out there about once a week. 2 weeks ago, I found an after market trans cooler(Hayden) and picked it up for 13 bucks. They range from 40 to 80 at Pep Boys.

i'm going to have to start keeping a better eye on that place. i really could use some new parts. at least a limited slip for my rear end.

Dan,
Did you notice a difference with those Bosch +4's? I got the +2's for my new motor. Most guys on the forum say don't use them, but, I don't like to listen either

Ive got +4's in mine... did i notice a difference? eh...maybe if it was dynoed, but it was very minimal in my opinion.

mine seemed to run better when i did the +4's and wires. there is still a ton of things to do, but not so much money to do them

I wanted the Denso Irridiums, Buuuuuuuttt, They are almost 14 bucks each! :fire:
