boost gauge

I tried installing my boost gauge on my 2000 explorer eddie bauer with the powerdyne supercharger kit this afternoon. The gauge will only read vacuum and under WOT will read 0 pounds of boost. I put a T line into a vac line right out of the intake manifold. does yone know what might be going on?

Are all of you connections where you T'd tight? Also what kind of guage do you have? There might be something wrong with it.
