I was needing some help on building a box, I have a kicker l7 15 that I was wanting to put in a ported box. I want to build myself bc it would be cheaper. Ebay give the deminsions of their box but I wont be able to port and tune it. Any help would be great. here is the box I was looking at,

Just dont know the port size or how to go about doing it
 






Well, depending on how you want to design it and the tuning frequency.

Kicker provides a "cookie cutter" box version that you can find in the Tech Manual for the L7

The information the 15" ported version can be found on page:
  • 10 -- Box sizes and Power Handling
  • 13 -- SPL Curves
  • 28 - 30 -- For Box Dimensions and cut sheets

If you want to go custom, you need to design and gather the information on your own.
