Break System Price

i know...hence the problem that you face with dealing with family sometimes.

ok, before you go off saying the shop didn't do there job, remember, sometimes those of us who work in shops can get defective parts once in a while. it's not our faults but everyone always seems to think it is...if it is defective parts you will most likely not have to pay anything if your uncle is a good business man. there is also a possibility they put too much caliper slide grease on the pins which came in contact with the pads, which could make the vehicle pull to one side or another if only one side is making proper contact.

Wow everyone relax....just because the truck went into the shop and came out of it with the same problem doesnt mean his unlce's shop screwed him or anything, it just means they didnt drive thr truck enough or dig deep enough to fix the real issue. Sounds to me like a brake system pressure problem, like all 4 are dragging, OR your wheel bearings are fried.....but I would have to look at the truck.

I know they just charged you $550 for work you either didnt need or wasnt the problem you asked them to fix, so paying that $$$$ is either good because you got new brakes and you needed them or bad because you didnt.
They should now fix the real problem and personally I wouldnt charge you any labor or BS at the very least for the next repairs/diagnostics.
