bREAKS falling off?

Okay not sure where this goes, but i noticed the other day on my 2000 4x4 xlt, that the abs light came on. Then turned it off on a level surface and the light went off. Now to bring this more up to date, When i was slowing down kinda hard on the break peddle it feels like the breaks are bumping sensation through the brake peddle. They were making a squealing noise earlier, but now its the pulsing sensation, and it's not every time i slow down either. Are my breaks in big time trouble. THnaks for any help possible!

Check your BRAKE fluid. Could be low.

okay thought about that ealier, i'll check it when it's on a level spot tomarrow, what if it's full?

sounds like its time for news pads and maybe checks of the rotors

okay so today i hit the brakes, and only at \certin times it would push the brake peddle around. Looks like i'LL BE buying new pads, later next month during state inspection... hooray.lol, didnt do it every time i hit the brakes, but once in a while it would jump alittle for 3 seconds or so, then nothing, it doesnt pull to one direction, but they are making a squelling noise,,,,,,,
