haha i guess not! sorry to hear you got your car broken into even if they dont take anything it still sucks, happend a few times to me too

Check your torsion bars. I checked my passenger side one and it too had a nice visible crack forming in it. Needless to say I need to swap it out ASAP.

I snapped my passenger side one a few years ago, but it was a result of hitting a road dip at speed at a temperature around 20 degrees.... metal brittleness in extreme cold.

I suspect this one is definately related to my accident cause the crack is forming right near the lower control arm mount.

FYI No 2 jaw puller is needed to pull the bars. I went to the junk yard with Ben to get the new bar and it only took a couple mins. We didnt have a puller but I have taken torsion bars out of a few things without ever using one. its easy, here we go

Jack under controll arm, not tight but support the arm.
Disconnect shock
Disconnect sway bar
crank adjuster all the way out
Remove skid plate at adjuster
Lower jack
remove cross piece for adjuster
remove the adjuster itself (may need a pry bar to twist it a little to get it to let go)
slide out bar.

Thats it guys. Took well under 15 mins to take the bar out of the truck at the yard.
