Bulb Upgrades for my 97 XLT

Hey guys, I am wanting to upgrade the bulbs on my 97 Explorer XLT. The headlight assemblies are in really good shape (no yellowing). The drivers foglight is yellowing, but the pass side is good. I though I would get a new fog light for the drivers side. I was thinking of putting some phillips extreme power bulbs in the headlights, but I'm not sure what bulb to go with for my foglights. Also, do any of you have any tips on how I can change it so my fog lights can be on with my park lights and high beams? Thanks for the help.

Philips Xtreme bulbs will work, also get a 9007 headlight harness so you'll get full power to the bulbs, like this one
