Bull bar to cover bumper damages?

Hey all,
Unfortunately I hydroplaned into someone tonight on my way home. His rig is all good, but my 06 XLT has some broken plastic up front. I've been wanting to get a bull bar or something for a while now, but not really had any idea what to get. Now that I have something to cover, I'm looking more seriously. What do y'all recommend? I'm hoping for nothing more than $500, but I'm willing to look at what's available and recommended. Here's a picture of my car to reference damages. Mostly on the left side, just cracked grill, bumper, and license plate holder.

If you found it in a junkyard you could save a bit. Saw a couple on my parts hunt at the local pickapart today. Unfortunately I don't have any bull bar recommendations.
