bumper bracket help

I have to diagram to make the bumper brackets for the 3" lift kit on the 99' explorer... what kind of metal and how thick should I make it? Anything will help... thanks

i think most people here use regular 1/4" sheet metal...don't quote me on that though i'm not totally sure i will check though
