Bumper corner dented- help

I was trying to get out of the snow and pushed the corner of my bumper cover in. Anyone here know of some way to push it back out? I can reach unnder the bumper to push it out, but it's too strong to move by hand.

I have a 2004 Explorer XLT Sport, V8. It's the bumper portion right under the foglights. On my truck, it's graphite color.

removing it from the vehicle and adding some heat from a heat gun. Just enough to get it to relax enough to pop out. Odds are pretty good though it will retain some distortion and some blemishes though.
