Bumper swap with hitch?

I was wondering if a bumper swap will work with a front mounted hitch. They both have the opening in the front but I dont know if they line up right.

I don't know from personal experience, but wouldn't it be easy enough to find out by using a tape measure on vehicles with each type bumper mounted?

Thats a problem for me here. People just dont let you go up to there car and start taking measurments even if you ask them. Believe me I tried. Its not like Bastrop(where Im from) where I could just go to someone and ask them if I could do it real quick.
