Going to pick up some new ATs for my 2000 mountaineer. I love the look of BFGs but they are slightly out my of price range.

I'm stuck between Firestone Destination ATs and General Grabber AT2s

I'm located in NJ it's my daily driver so I want something that can handle snow and ice with ease and is fairly comfy on the highway.

ALSO should I go stock size or get 31x10.50x15s

Thanks guys!

Ive had the General Grabber AT2's on my '94 ranger and just put them on my 2000 explorer sport and have never had any issues. Love them for daily driving year round!

I have a set of Destination AT on my '07 and I love them. I don't know that you're going to find anything that's good on ice, but they have been great for snow, even during the "snowmageddon" of 2010 (granted they were pretty new at the time).

I vote for 31" AT2. Buddy has them on his jeep and likes them, does pretty good offroad and onroad. 31's just look better lol
