Camshaft Synchronizer tool 84-8400T

I'm about to purchase an A-1 CARDONE Part # 30S2801 Remanufactured Camshaft Synchronizer from Rock Auto and it occurs to me that there are a bunch of Camshaft Synchronizer tools 84-8400T just laying around on work benches.

If one of you guys would be willing to mail me your tool I'd promise to mail it to the next guy that asked for it if he in turn also promises to do the same. In this way nobody will ever have to pay for a tool again.

Of course this means you're the guy that's out $40 for the tool. Maybe that's not acceptable and if that turns out to be the case then I'd be willing to give $20 for the tool.

Autozone loans them out

I work at Autozone and at my store we have one in the loan a tool program.
I am not sure if all Autozones carry this but go to the Autozone website and look it up. I know it's to late for you but if anybody does a search this information might save them some money.

dorman ones come with the tool

Dorman ones are crap.
I did bought one and returned... it was not even close of the original quality, wasn't even meshing right with the camshaft gears.
But yes, they come with a cheap plastic tool.

i wont argue if they are crap or not. all i said was they come with them. what i have done if i needed one of those tools is, got the dorman one from a parts store near, pulled the tool out, used it, put it back in the box and returned it.
