Can u ? foglight question

I have an 02 xlt wondering if there is a headlight switch compatable to have your fog lights "on" option while having the switch in automatic setting?

I know the newer vehicles have that option wondering if there is a plug and play version for it for my truck

I have the switch turned to the auto setting for the headlights and fog lights on so if the headlights come on, as do the fog lights. So yes, there is a switch - just get one from an Explorer with factory fogs.

If yours didn't come with factory fog lights, you probably just didn't get the same switch. My dad's 05 F150 is the same way. No factory fogs, so his headlight switch doesn't pull out like others with factory fogs.

I have fog lights that came with the vehicle from ford.
The switch has options of.

Turn on headlights manually with switch
turn on headlights manually with switch then pull out for fogs
or leave it on automatic which i really like BUT I do not have the option to leave it in automatic mode and have the fogs on at the same time

I know newer for vehicles had the option

My question is is there a switch from a different explorer that will be plug and play for my leisure

My guess is yes - one with both, auto headlamps AND fog lights. My mom's 03 XLT and my 04 EB both have that style of switch so I would guess that it wouldn't be too difficult to find.
