Can you identify this connector plug?

Okay, so this plug has been hanging here for a few months. I had forgot about it, until tonight when I saw it again while I was working on my truck! It is on the front driver side between the headlight and battery and underneath! Could this have anything to do with the airbag or horn? Airbag light code 42 is on, but also my horn doesn't work! I can't see where it goes either! Its driving me nuts!

First picture is the location of where its at, the 2nd picture is a pic of the actual connector!

I'm pretty sure that connector is the horn. check are located above the dust cover.

Thanks guys! I tore apart my truck last night, well took off the trim and the Dust cover and found the horn, but can't see where this plugs in at! Defenitely a horn wire, its the dark blue one! But it was 102 degrees and I wasn't very patient! Will look at it tonight after work when its cooled off!
