Long story short, i ordered tail light guards from carid.com. Very reputable site as a have heard. Recieved the package today, not only was the guards NOT the brand i ordered but they were for a early 2000 escape. Called up customer service and rep argued with me that i was installing them wrong and they should fit, finally rep calls ford to see if they would fit. After about 10 minutes on hold, rep comes back telling me that I am right and they dont fit. Offers to do a return and all that bullshit. Hoping they will send me the proper ones for my Explorer. NO, now the tail light guard is discontinued, but yet they still advertise it on their site. At this point im furious because im wasting my time, and today was the only day i would be able to install these because of my busy work schedule. To top the cake, Rep asks me to answer a question "Are you pleased with Carid.com and would you recommend it to your friends" My response was absoultley not, nor will i ever buy from you guys again
