I was looking at the Dynomax cat back and it says its the same 2" diameter pipe to the muffler. So wouldnt I be better off and save some $$ by just replacing the muffler? A turbo muffler isnt the greatest design. A straight through 2" should perform better. Also anyone notice any actual gains from a Dynomax cat back? Im thinking just a better muffler and a cone air filter and then move on to the suspension.

Not much to be gained from the cat back. A few HP because you get rid of the old muffler & the stock resonator. Better sound is the benefit.
I have the Flowmaster setup. I would have just replaced the muffler if the pipes didn't have holes in them already.

Ya Im thinking of a knock off muffler from Summit, then just getting a piece of 2" pipe then bust out the sawzall n welder. :D

No I'll re use existing tailpipe since its in good shape. Just cut out old muffler weld in a new one; and probably need a little bit of pipe since replacement muffler is gonna be shorter.
