Tire Plug

This is kind of off the subject ...

I just talked with my dad on the phone, and he used his tire plug kit today. Seems he picked up a nail in one of those Firestones (these aren't recalled - wrong size) Anyway, after seeing first-hand how they work while in Colorado, he plugged his tire - it's still holding air.

I'm thinking next year he'll drive himself ........

Darkman,
It's better late then never. You really got some fantastic pictures. We are looking forward to going back also since we didn't get to do some of the passes. Going with the big dawgs was a LOT of fun, but you do spend a little more time watching the trails instead of the scenery.
We plan on going back around the first of Aug. next year and take my folks and maybe there will be a little more snow near the top of the passes which would make it look different.

Darkman - thanks for the pics, I used some of your write-up as well (gave credit of course). As far as I'm concerned the trail writeup is done... I'm waiting to get some more pics from Gerald, see if the fill in some of the pciture gaps, then we'll see about getting it online!

Just got my pics back so i will get them up by the week end.
Scott my wife must of liked your truck, she got a few pics of it.

Dennis,

She has good taste!

I'd like to see the pics. I had hoped to have my dad get some of my truck, but we hardly ever stopped. Oh well, there's always next year!
