changing bolt pattern

can the stock rear axle shafts and brakes be redrilled to a 5 on 5.5" bolt pattern ? ?

I sure hope that the axles can be redrilled. I'm going to find out real soon. My Dana 44 has the 5 - 5-1/2 and I don't want two different bolt patterns.

I'll let you know what I find out. Please do the same if you find out first...

The stock axle flange is to small in dia. to get the 5 on 5 1/2" bolt pattern. you can redrill the brake drums. I had Moser Engineering build me a set of alloy axles the same as the stock axles with a 5 on 5 1/2" bolt pattern
