Changing over to a dual exhaust system

I am thinking of changing out my single exhaust system to a dual exhaust system. I am curious if anyone else has done this and if they had trouble with federal or state regulations.

I know 98FordX24 has pictures in his sig of his dual setup. They were handy when I went to get the estimate for my dual's(which have yet to be put on ) But good luck!
