"check air ride system"

I'm new to this site and my vehicle. '98 Limited (LOVE it). I've had it almost three weeks now and every now & then I receive an alert to "check air ride system". I've searched these forums and found a little bit on it but was curious if anyone else has experienced this recently and if I should even be concerned. It comes on (maybe) once a week. I'd say 5 times total and I've driven it a lot. Thanks in advance for the help/advice. I'm really glad I found this site.

The air ride system may need to be serviced, make sure that the button in the back by the rear washer fluid is in the on position.

yeah, i think mine was doing that when i first bought it. it may have been in the shop, and not turned off in the back prior to putting it in the air. . like the other post, turn it on and off in the back. i think if somethings broken with it, it'll stay on.
