Hello all.
Updating this thread with a video.

Problem still happening, no codes

On my 08 explorer yesterday the check engine light flashed a couple of times on takeoff and the chime dinged. It went off immediately. It has done that 4 or 5 times seemingly when driving and hitting some bumps. I pulled out the code reader and got no codes stored except for a permanent code relating to the battery.
I am leaning toward something not tight but wanted to check to see if anyone else has had a similar experience.
I searched for check engine problems and found a host is issues of course, but none exactly like mine where the light is so quick and intermittent. No misfire codes etc.
Thanks for any insight on what direction to go.

What is the code relating to the battery?

I would suggest checking your battery to see if it is good. Low battery voltage can cause many issues that might seem to be separate problems. Also, the other codes could be caused by a bad battery. Code B1676 is for ABS voltage being out of range. Code U1900 is a CAN bus communication error which can be caused by low voltage. If the battery checks out it might be the alternator going bad.

It really does seem like a battery/alternator issue. The battery and alternator check good with a hand held checker, (Not a voltmeter).
It seems like some loose connection around the battery or power box under the hood but I have not been able to pin it down.

Check your grounds. There are several of them and if they are corroded or loose then this can cause voltage issues.
