Check engine soon light

I just had my transmission replaced because of the check engine light on. It was repaired and coming home no light was on. Went out 2 hours later and left and light was on again. Any suggestions.

Welcome to this forum! Did you get the trouble code number before they replaced the transmission? You should get the computer scanned to find out what the trouble code is. Take it back to the place which replaced the transmission, and ask them to connect it to a scanner.

Ty yes they coded it and showed it was transmission. I'm taking it back in the morning will ask them to connect to a scanner again. thank you
