Today, somebody hit my rear left glass on my Ex and chipped it.
The window is tinted.
Is there a kit available to fix it or do I have to go to a windows repair shop?
I've been told that it has to be filled with resin.
Is that true?
Thank you for your input.

There is a resin repair - depending on the amount of damage. There may be some do-it-yourself kits, but my experience with those who tried it years ago (when it first appeared), was that is was not very good. Glass shops apparently have a way to do it, using a lot of pressure and it seems to work very well. Much less expensive alternative to glass replacement.
