I had the same problem with my 91, i just painted her all over again. i don't know the condition of your paint, but mine was really bad. All of my clear was gone, all I saw was the paint.
If your paint is not that bad, wet sand the clear coat and put another coat on there.

My girlfriend has a '01 mustang with a stock spoiler on the rear and it's bubbling up as well. It's just from the sun oxidation. I would try what he said and wet sand it and then clear coat it again. I might to give her piece a shot as well.

With a paint job that new I would wet sand, polish, then wax and buff, before I tried putting some more clear coat on there.

I haven't sanded/polished yet, but I have tried to get it waxed and buffed out by the detail shop at my shop. The guy tried hard to get it out, but he said it just isn't going to come out. Thanks for the input!
