clicking noise in the rear headliner from AC

2002 Eddie Bauer. When I turn on the ac I get this clicking noise in the left rear area of the head liner. Any know what this could be? I'm not looking forward to tearing open the headliner to get at the problem.

There is nothing back there to click. All the actuators and other stuff are behind the rear seats in the left panel. Maybe something stuck in the vent?

Could be that there is something in the vent. Maybe I should run a wire through it?
