Code 556

Scanned today and got a code 556:
Fuel pump relay primary circuit fault - Power / Fuel Pump Circuits

I'm hoping it is a simple fix as just replacing the fuel pump relay, but should I be concerned about the fuel pump?

A good possibility it is the relay. It would only take a few minutes with a wiring diagram and a voltmeter to verify that the fuel pump relay is closing or not. I would also check the fuse.
