Code 63...TPS???

I attempted to pull codes from my '91 XLT and discovered code 63 during the KOEO test but I'm not absolutely sure that is correct. Could code 63 be found in a '91 XLT and is code 63 referring to the TPS?

I have a thread on 2, and 3 digit EEC-IV codes: http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=160035. This is what it says: 63 Throttle Position Sensor Circuit Below Minimum Voltage C/O/R.
C—Continuous memory code.
O—Key On, engine Off self test code.
R—Engine running self test code.
