what do yall think of cold air intakes on explorers? i am thinkin of getting one and i want some information on it.

Measure your IAT with and w/o a so called cold air intake and see the difference, Hthere isn't any at speeds above 20 MPH.

i have a SOHC Mac performance cold air intake for a 97-98 4.0 if anyone is interested.

I have heard about cold air intakes not being true cold air intakes.

So how does one go about getting a true one?

any way to route air from a hood scoupe in?

well they dont let "cold air in" but they do let more air in than the stock system
