control tac tranny how do i get rid of it

ive got a 97xlt w/ control tac and ive herd of the "brown wire" mod and i was wondering if anyone on here can help me with this i want to be able to do a burn out and if i need to put it back into 4wd

no, he's a kid just like i was, and he got the truck, and wanted to do burn outs like you can in almost every other truck, but can't.

i'm just lucky i grew out of it, unfortunately not before i went through a t-case.

I did the brown wire mod on my 99 X sport, and i love it. Wired it to an old headlight switch I had laying around the garage. Made my driving experience much more enjoyable!
