Convince me 40 or 50 Series FM

I am getting a 50 series flowmaster this weekend. I just want everyones opinion on the 40 and the 50 series.

The 40 is LOUD. The 50 is loud enough to get attentoin, but not give headaches. I love the 50. Go with the 40 if you're looking for volume and attention.

A 50 came with my exhaust, and it was loud, but I wanted louder, so I bought a 40. The 40 is $60 on Summit and 50 is $90 I believe. I'm happier with the 40, I don't feel any power loss, if there was any, and it's a lot louder. I have the non-delta so it can be heard inside very well, but IMO this is a good thing, since my music is loud anyways. Want louder then stock but not too much louder, get the 50, want much louder, and meaner, get the 40.

i have the 40 non delta and i like it alot, loud on the inside but hey thats exhausts for ya

If you want to piss off the neighbors and set car alarms off when you drive by at idle, get the 40 series

if you want to not get as much attention, but still want to get noticed, get the 50

i have the nondelta 40 and it rules! especially without a tailpipe

ive got a delta 40...didnt seem all that loud to me...

I have the 40 non-delta, and interior noise is only significantly noticeable under power between 2000-3500 rpm (it drones). Going down the highway at 65-80, I can only hear it with the radio off. When I get on it though, its pretty darn loud. Mine is single out straight out the back with a slash cut tip. This helps a lot with the interior noise. It is not nearly as loud as I thought is was going to be.
