Cooling System Flush With Prestone T Fitting

I have a 1995 V6 4X4 Explorer XLT that needs the cooling system flushed. I bought the Prestone Flush kit but I am having trouble identifying which hose I cut to insert the T fitting. How do I know if I am cutting the correct hose? Any words of advice or pictures would be much appreciated. Thanks guys!

Put it in one of the heater hoses near the passenger side of the engine compartment.

It's also not a bad idea to hook it up to hot water to flush it.
